By accessing or using the ACMD Researchplatform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our User Policies. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ACMD.
To access certain features of our Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Our Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of ACMD Researchand its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of ACMD. We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same, in accordance with Ghana's Copyright Act, 2005 (Act 690).

A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. ACMD Researchmakes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
In no event shall ACMD Researchor its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on ACMD's website.
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless ACMD Researchand our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Ghana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ACMD Researchregarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have had between us regarding the Service. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
